plastic circle on wheels TR6

Sorry for the incorrect terminology, but I was wondering if the color of
the rim was the same as the color for the plastic circular piece that
attaches to the center of the rim.  I'm getting my rims painted and I was
wonderinf if I should also get the plastic cover painted the same color.
