Fellow Parts Hoarders...
Well, as usual, I just can't seem to leave well enough alone. In an effort
to keep the rear wheels on my GT6 from passing me at some inopportune
moment, I'm about to try putting Datsun rear axles, bearing carriers and
hubs into the GT uprights. Of course about the time I get this together, a
little light will go on and I'll see a much easier/better way of doing the
job, but will have modified the original rear uprights beyond use. So for
once I'm gonna PLAN a litlle ahead and get a second set of uprights BEFORE
I go too far. Hence my plea for a set of rear uprights for a GT6+ (MkII).
Anyone have a set they're willing to sell ?
Anyone ever tried this? Any tips, clues, snide remarks ?
