Sorry about that Barry, forgot that detail,

The cradle also goes over the top of the diff, and holds the spring. (also
there are 4, not one, bolt down points at the front of the diff, typo I'm
afraid).

Now, on the subject of coil overs, but that is both a long and someone elses
story. A guy here has a very heavily modified GT6 , with a 2.8ltr triple
weber motor, Mazda 323 front uprights at the back, double wishbones, coil
overs, Nissan LSD, and Nissan pulsar (cherry?) drive shafts. And yes it
goes, stops and turns at very frightening velocities!!!.

I understand you have a quaife diff in the spit barry?, the Nissan diff is
very strong, inner drive shaft diameters are a little bigger than 1 inch if
I remember correctly (I have one in the shed if you would like more details,
I would just have to dig it out from under the bits of the spit, which is
getting new floors and sills)
