Subject: Spitfire Valves
As I was playing with my dyno software, I started checking out the
differences that bigger intake and exhaust valves can make. The difference
is impressive. Has anyone had experience with installing larger valves in
the Spitfire 1500 Engine? I'm trying to figure out the maximum size that
can be used.

Will,The best person to ask is John Kipping,as he has done just about
everything with the 1493cc Triumph engine that can be done.
I believe he runs them in his company vehicles,somewhere between 1600-1700cc,
with alternative pistons,not sure exactly which,best ask him directly.
