Jay, I think this is exactly what I informed you of. I feel were happy 
for you being taken care of in such a professional way with no 
diappointments to you or your wife, now you see there are still very 
honest & trusting people doing there job as best they know how. Now if 
you will just understand, that can also apply to used car salesman, after 
all they are also people the same as you, me, or your neighbor.
