My question would be....just how magnetic are rust particles?  I wouldn't
think that they would be strongly attracted, if at all.   Sounds liek a good
idea though.  Maybe it will work like one of those JC Whitney fuel saver
devices that straightens out gasoline molecules to give you better gas
mileage, too!
