Picky...Picky...Picky!

Please notice the judicial use of the terms "typically" and "almost
always".  These are avoidance terms used to help one avoid "the penalty
box".  at any rate, I commuted Trevor's sentence to Manslaughter and
sentenced him to "Time Served".
