He probably used a plastic tee instead of a wood one. (Hey -- it*s an
honest
mistake.) The plastic gets mushy when the block heats up, and
then it can come out. >>
Or perhaps he used a metric tee, instead of the proper whitworth tee. Those
whitworth tees are getting hard to find!
