I've just purchase the 300 series "autocross" cam (presently it's
being nitrided). The profile is:

Ken tells me that it makes power from 1500 rpms to redline
I'm currently having my TR's head checked and set up for the new
cam... I can hardly wait!
BTW, BFE has an interesting twist to solve the "soft tappet" problem.
The have sleeves that can be inserted into the block (by chilling
them in your freezer). This allows you to use tappets from the
Ford GT40. Instead of the Triumph stuff
