recipe for TR6 clutch

Help!!

Can anyone out there fill the hole in my mailbox that used to have the
digest with the TR6 clutch recipe?

A fellow TDC member has just witnessed the elusive 200 mile release bearing
and before I see him throw good money after bad I'd like to give the part
numbers and descriptions out.

A direct post would be appreciated.
