Mark, when you get a DWI in Va. they lift your license on the spot, now
go before a judge and sometime you can claim double-jeopardy if he tries
to give you a sentence longer that period between arrest and trial, but
not all the time. Some judges read it differnt on different days, I don't
know, maybe thats due process.
