Fuel Filter Replacement / TR6

Has anyone ever had a problem getting fuel back through the fuel pump and
to the carbs after replacing the fuel filter?  I haven't done the
replacement yet but am trying to look forward in case there are any issues
with repriming the system, etc.  Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
