It's called amazingly enough, brushable seam sealer.  Any good auto body
repair shop sells it as well as companies like Eastwood.  It isn't cheap
though, a small quart can (plenty enough for one car) will cost you
anywhere from $15-$20.  As an alternative, although It will take much
longer to dry, roofing tar will work, and is black like the original stuff
(which is probably close to what they used anyway!)
