Fellow TR6 owners: My car smokes quite a bit under hard acceleration and consumes about a liter/150miles. Should I look at new valve seals or (gasp) rings? Both??? Or should I just buy a couple of cases or 20w50 and STP. Also, a CLONK sound can be heard when I accelerate. I installed new U-joints. That aint it... It seems to come from the front. Any ideas? Thanks for your precious advice in the last three months. rick CC82991 |
