Pushing air versus pulling air are the same. A hot setup on the TR6 is
to remove the cooling fan altogether and put a electric fan on the back side
of the radiator. Using the back side allows for a bigger one and makes it
easier to wire and service of needed. It's said that you'll gain about 18
horse power by removing the fan.

I have an electric cooling fan on my 71 TR6. It is mounted on the front of
the
radiator in a "pusher" configuration. I heard somewhere that a "puller"
setup
worked better. Any comments?
Thanks.

Mark,
What's wrong with "good enough"?
Dave (I'm planning the same conversion) Massey
P.S. putting it in front leaves room for the engine driven fan and the
concours people won't know its there.
