XK-120 (and Jaguars until the late sixties or early seventies) used a dual overhead cam inline six) usually 2.8, 3.4, 3.8 and finally 4.2 liters. I think the skirted thermostat was common to British engines, not just jags or triumphs. Didn't Bob Schaller write some words of wisdom regarding skirted thermostats and plugging the bypass on TR engines? george leicht glite@eos.net TR3, TR6, some jag stuff. |
