Thanks to all of you who contributed to my query about choosing a color for
my 1970 TR6. I decided to stick with the original Laurel Green. Now the
next decision is what type of finish coat do I use? This car will be a
daily driver, except on those rare occasions when we get rain in southern
California
Can anyone share their experience with acrylic enamels, base coat/top coats
(PPG DBC or DuPont), acrylic lacquer?
All the body parts were stripped down to the metal. I plan on treating the
underside with POR15.
Is there a special chip resistant paint I can use inside the wheel wells?
Thank you very much.
