O/D solenoid info please

I am in need of an A type overdrive solenoid and noticed that Rimmers
sells one reconditioned for about half what a new one costs.  Does anyone
know of anyone here on this side of the pond that sells rebuilt units?

Has anyone had any experience with rebuild units from Rimmers?

Does anyone have one sitting around they are wiling to let go of for
cheap?  ( Hey!  It was worth a shot! )
