Hello all,
I'd just like to say "Hello" to all of my old friends, the Woods, the
Palmers, the Janellis, Bob Lang, Andrew Mace, many others, and those crazy
folks from Oklahoma. Also to my newer friends from other parts of Texas,
the Ceraldis (sp),the Kramers, and the Houston bunch, the ISOA group, and
last but not least, my new friends, the Streeters, Joe Worsley, John and
Valerie (thanks for letting me run the Team Fat 4A), and many more.
(If I missed anyone, please forgive me, I've met a lot of people this
last week, but your memories are in my mind!)
...And to the RRTC for allowing me to be a part of their club. They are
a great group of people and they worked very hard on the organization of
the VTR, that I personally feel, turned out quite well. Kudos to all of
them!
Also, I'd like to thank all of the guys that helped me with The Yellow Bullet
in dragging it off the course and later onto the flatbed.
In other news, she's (the car) is already in the shop as of Monday.
A preliminary estimate was in the $2000 range and the car that my tire and
half-shaft hit, is estimated at about $500. Quite an expensive outing,
wouldn't you say? Anyway, she should be on the road once again in a month
or so. I have a few suspension modifications planned. Now that's a
suprise, huh?
