I've never had this problem... but...

A. Don't do it with the engine hot, as it's all the more likely to take
the threads with it.

B. Soak the spark plug with WD-40, etc. and let it sit over-night...
and put more
on in the morning, etc.

C. As suggested, a LONG breaker bar would be good...make sure you're on
there good... (and, as suggested... remember to turn COUNTER
clock-wise...)

D. I've found that, when breaking a frozen bolt, that applying pressure
on the breaker bar, and then having someone smack the breaker bar with a
hammer/small sledge/wood mallet, etc. helps to "break" that seal.

E. Also someone suggested that it doesn't hurt to tighten the item a
bit, if loosing doesn't seem to break the bond...

Finally....

D. I was creative when I had to replace my rear wheel's mounting
studs... I sprayed the stud with that stuff that freezes electronics....
(probably an ozone killer)...
and then loosened the stud....

I couldn't tell ya if it "worked"... cuz I did it to all of them... and
they all came loose... I didn't want to find out if NOT using the cold
would cost me the original threads!!! : ) so it's just an idea... if
you feel like experimenting...

Sorta difficult to get dry-ice or ice to the plug to chill it... cuz of
the insulating ceramic... so the spray seems like the only viable
alternative for the chilling game...

Anyways.... good luck! Let us know what works for ya and what happens.
