Carol, When I bought my TR6 last year, the brakes were in a simililar
state. One wheel cyl. was "damp" leaking. Not squirting out, just
seeping. I replaced it, bleed the system, and also adjusted the rear
drums. What a Difference!
Get the car up on a lift, look for small leaks, pull the rear drums and
see what's going on back there. Even if you need new brakes, they're
always cheaper than crashing!
