More spitfire questions: I have a '75 Spitfire into which the previous owner installed a '79 engine. At times I turn the ignition key and nothing happens. This may be a switch or contact problem, but something in the catlog makes me wonder. Looking in the VB catalog, the '74-'75 starter relay is $21.95, but the '77-'80 relay is $54.95. I'd assume the more costly unit is uprated perhaps? Anybody know the reason for the difference? thanks, Sean Johnson '75 Spit '79 engine '70 SU's |
