SB 42 Calif. SMOG exemption bill

SB 42 to exempt cars 25 yrs. & older from Calif. SMOG tests is set 
for hearing in the Assembly Transportation      Committee on June 9, 
1997 at 1:30pm.  the author of the bill has sent an email asking 
supporters to contact their Assemblymember to show support.
