Roger,
I'd send 'em back. British Parts NW had them in stock about 5 weeks ago
and I got a set that seem fine (no scratches), but who knows?
Someone who does know, please explain why a simple solid lifter for our
cars is so expensive and of such dubious quality? Couldn't Crane or Isky
or Lunati or some quality manufacturer of lifters make up about a zillion
of these things easily at a reasonable cost? What's the big deal here?
