Thanks Barry. I was right then, in how these work. And that is why the
bolt was rust welded to the sleeve. But this set was WAY to tight.
Took a BFH to get the sleeve in. No way was it going to rotate. The
plastic took way too much abuse to insert as well. I tried the other
kit in both sides. Same story. I ordered different kit from different
supplier today. We will see!
