Terry,
Go back to the first mechanic and see if they will let you borrow their
grease gun. At least you can shoot yourself and it won't physically hurt
you. What they charge for you to use the gun may kill you though.
Seriously, sorry to hear about your unfortunate happennings. Hopefully
it will all work out and you will enjoy the Spitfire for many years to
come.
