TR250 in RI?

Last summer I heard someone speak (not on this list) of a TR250 in 
Central Falls, Rhode Island.  I was told it was "a few blocks from the 
fire station, in some old guys side yard."

Yesterday I cruised the "hood" for a while with no luck.  I left after a 
cop saw me circle a few times. (its a big drug area) I didnt feel like 
trying to explain the whole sad story of my search for the mythical TR 
250 parts car.

can anyone either confirm or deneigh?
