Jon, i brought in a back-hoe, dug out a hole 14' X 6' X 3' walls and 
floor are 6" thick  removable planked floor less than 1K and that was 
going through my present concrete floor. If you built it from the 
beginning somewhere around 700.. It is really great so many uses.
