Louvers - where can I get them cut?

Listers,

        My uncle in Hawaii would like to have some louvers cut into the hood of 
his custom Riley dhc hood.  He has asked me to look around here in the mainland 
to find a shop or sources for this custom body work.

        Any suggestion?  Please mail me direct to save the list bandwidth
