Hey Joe,

You might try the Flush-and-Fill kit from Prestone.  It includes a
T fitting that you add into your heater hose, which allows you to
reverse-flush your entire cooling system and heater core with just
a garden hose.  I've installed them in 5 or 6 cars, no problems or
leaks; the very first flush usually spews out an amazing amount of
rust, so don't be too surprised if that happens .

The kit has good instructions with it, and doesn't cost much.
