Spit brake drum screws

I have had good luck removing those that are stuck with a simple impact
driver.  The kind you put the required screw driver tip in, make sure it
is twisted to "remove", and then whack it with a hammer.  If the slot is
already too munged up it may not work although I have reslotted tore up
screws with the trusty dremel before.
