Never glue the carpet. Convertables don't always stay dry on the inside.
There should be snaps to hold the carpet in.

Subject: Carpet Installation
Happy Weekend:
I will be installing new under padding and carpet
in my TR6. Since I have never done this before,
looking for some pointers.
Do you glue down the padding and then glue the
carpet or can you glue the carpet to the padding
first and then glue to floor pans?
Best way to mark/cut out holes for various screws
(seat rails, seat belt mounts, high beam floor
swithch, etc.).
Any tips would be most appreciated.
