TR-4 Steering Wheel

I just got a 63 TR-4 with a surrey top. Problem is the steering whell.
Stock steering wheel is too big to allow my leg to raise up to work the
cluch. I am 6' 5". The TR-6 I used to have had a 13" wheel which worked
fine. Best sources of small steering wheels? Thanks all.
