Barry,
Yes it has, and let met tell you the shock it caused (I also had to pull the
battery cable too). Despite the 1974 model's tendency to want to start on
its own I sure you realize it also the best car on the planet. Anyhow, I
ended up having a short at my ignition switch, causing power to flow to the
starter at unwanted times. I think that the wire from my ignition switch
back to the relay is the white wire with the red stripe. This wire should
not be live all the time (i.e. when key not in ignition). If it is check for
any shorts in the vicinity of the ignition switch.
