I've disassembled another TR4 engine and have another set of rusted 87 MM liners and AE #13958 pistons to show for it. So it's either buy 4 new liners for these pistons and machine them to fit, or buy a new piston and liner set. The only 87MM oversize pistons I can find are 89 MM from BFE, and they don't list them separately. Can I overbore the 87MM liners to 89mm and buy just a set of pistons and rings? Or do I have to use their new liners? Anyone done this or have other suggestions?
