Carburetor Needed

While trying to solve an electrical problem on my car I made the
acquaintance of the local Triumph mechanic (didn't know we had one in our
small town).  He has no access to the "net" and asked me if I would try to
locate the below listed carburetor for him.  I think he plans on using it on
a TR7, but I'm not sure.
