Barry,


   To unclog a spray can nozzle, I usually use one strand of wire
from a wire brush for the narrow hole.  For the larger hole (near
the can) I use a drill bit.  After that, I use a can of spray carb
cleaner to "flush out" the nozzle.  If the paint still dosen't spray,
then pick up tube is problably clogged. 
  To rectify this, I will find a way to depress the plastic end of 
the pick up tube that sticks out of the can to flush that out.  I
must warn you, that this is an EXTREMELY messy operation, because paint 
sprays everywhere! 
 This is usually effective at clearing out the whole delivery system,
the
only problem is that sometimes, (if the paint is very settled - or
coagulated
inside the can) the whole thing may re- clog.   :-(
  Just remember, to invert the can and clear the nozzle when finished.
Also don't foget to shake the can vigorously and for a long time be
fore you even begin to spray this (obviuosly troublesome) can of paint.
