I am not sure when or where or why I heard it, but I thought that it is
better not to have the system drained as long as there is sufficient
anti-freeze for the temp. My guess is that moisture left in the system,
how little there might be would allow rust to develop whereas a topped up
system would not allow air (the culprit) to be present in the system in
sufficient quantities to allow rust.
Any other comments from the list???
