I tried cabinet top laminate and it was just a little to thin. It
worked fine on the side of the footwells with carpeting glued to it, but
didn't seem to be strong enough for the vinyl covered areas.
I have some salvageable door and qtr panels left over, might try the
ammonia trick just to see if it works.
