Anybody got a fix for leaky pushrod tubes? I milled my TR4A head .125 for my vintage racer. Thereafter, the aluminum pushrod tubes seep oil around the head/tube joint, some at the top and some at the bottom. I tried expanding the tubes with a tapered punch. I tried sealing them top and bottom with epoxy. Neither worked. It's not a big emergency, but just a nagging cleanup problem. What's the latest and greatest solution for this one? |
