Depending on where you put your stands, this problem will occur even on
a
car with a *perfect* frame and body.
However, this doesn't mean that your car doesn't have a weakened frame,
only that the flexing won't go away, even after you fix it...

In my opinion, major frame repairs are *MUCH* more likely to be done
well
if the body is removed from the frame. This allows much better access
to
the frame, and allows the frame to be derusted and repainted while the
body
is off...
