TR6 tonneau cover snaps

Hello all,

I'm going to take a stab (so to speak) at installing snaps on a tonneau
cover for my TR6.  Any specific advice - especially with the four snap-
assemblies at the front that attach to the top of the dash pad?  I've never
really seen any instructions for this kind of work.

BTW, I just went to the British Invasion VI in Stowe, VT this past weekend
and a guy from NY had the 15th CF series TR6 - CF15U - wow!  Good show and 
a beautiful setting!
