I second Greg's recommendation of the BFG Comp TA HR tires. I've got a
set of 215/60/15s on my 76 TR6's stock rims and they work very well. They
fit nicely within both the front and rear wheel wells, with no rubbing (even
under full steer and with the suspension compressed). I have noticed (as
a result of the reduced diameter of these tires from the stock 185's) that
the speedo registers ~10 MPH fast at highway speed (this was determied by
time between mile markers).... IMHO I recommend these tires - good performance,
feel, fit, and looks.... #include <std.disclaimer>.
