Stripped bolts in TR4A Rear hub

I'm putting the half shafts back in. And a couple of the bolts holding the
outer hub in place to the to were the drum backing plate go are stripped. I
can push them in and pull them out.

What the heck can I do ? I have heard about heli coils, how do they work and
are they worth it ? Would 4 out of the six be okay ????
