Tommy, Initially, try either a slightly larger main, i.e. 145 or 150, or a slightly smaller air correction, i.e. 150. You should already be running a 32 or 34 mm choke tube and a 4.5 auxiliary choke. Have you checked the mechanical advance on the Mallory? Around the 4500 rpm mark, you'd probably like to have about 30-35 degrees of advance.
