Pricing a 63 TR-4

I'm curious to know if anyone would know the value of a 63 TR-4 with 
minor floorpan and rocker rust. It's been in a garage in Nevada for 20 
years. The motor is fresh with leaded seals in the head. The frame is 
straight and most, if not all, the parts are there (except for the 
front bumper. Also have an extra motor and transmission. Probably a 
really good candidate for restoration.

Any ideas?
