Info on Stag radiators

I have a 1971 Stag which is running a bit warm.  I have the original radiator 
in it and am 
considering purchasing a higher capacity unit.  If anyone has a good used unit 
available I would 
be interested, otherwise I am considering having the current one recored with a 
thicker core.  If 
anyone has had problems with recored units I would like to know about it.
