The main thing to settle on is the size of the chokes, or venturis.
With a stock engine, you probably want to start with something like 28mm
chokes.  Then a basic rule of thumb is to use the choke size multiplied by 4
to get the main jet, so 4 x 28 is 112, so a 110 main would be a good starting
point.  Add 60 to the main for the initial air corrector, so a 170 plus or
minus 5 or 10 should get you going.

For idle jets, a single DCOE on a Spit works with a 50, maybe a 45 if
that is what you have.  Getting Webers close is not that hard, getting them
perfect is a bit of a challenge.
