Heat is your friend, in this case. Take the hard plastic bushings and boil them for about five minutes. Voila! They have turned soft(er) and (more) pliable. You can now fit them with (relative) ease. Do one side at a time. Work quickly. Don't let the water boil completely away or you'll have a mess on your hands. (Well, in your pot.) |
