Does anyone know what happened to the '64/'65 Spitfires ADU 1B - ADU 4B, which
raced at Le Mans & Sebring
Apart from the Macau Spit (which was at Stafford, this year), there's a
replica (I think) called 'Quasi' which is well-known to the TSSC members, but
what of the originals? (and if 'Quasi' IS a replica, how come they
got the 'ADU 3B' plate?)
The spit that actually won it's class at Le Mans in 1965 (13th overall and
140Mph !!) was ADU 4B - that one should be worth a bob or two...
